About
As a Man of God:
Elder Raheem Turane accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of eight years old. However when he turned twenty-one years old he had a real encounter with God. On the verge of a nervous breakdown due to living a rough life, Elder Turane was encouraged by his mother Evangelist Sonya Turane to come with her to church one Sunday morning. At this point Elder Turane really didn’t believe God could do anything for him, however he hesitantly went to his Mother’s church and there The Lord spoke to him. On this Sunday one of the associate preachers the late Elder Jeremiah Swinton preached a message entitled “don’t mess with mess, because mess will mess you up!” Truly messed up this soul stirring, thought provoking message pricked his heart and that day he rededicated his life to The Lord. Elder Turane has been ministering the Word of God for over sixteen years and was licensed and ordained under Apostle Ronald Harvey and Divine Healing Ministries Global, in Washington, NC. With a mandate to plant Elder Turane is the Visionary, Founder and Overseer of Word OUT Wednesday where the people of God experience Biblical Word Outpouring, Biblical Word Understanding and Biblical Word Teaching. As a sent one with a Kingdom message, with a Kingdom mandate and with a Kingdom grace Elder Turane has been raised up and called to empower and cultivate a David Generation of believers by empowering them to reach their destiny and full potential.
As a Father:
Elder Turane is blessed with two beautiful children a ten year old daughter named Stephanie Nicole and a six year old son named Bryson Raheem. His love for his children is the fuel that drives his calling to actively parent and participate in the lives of his children. Many times when ministry calls Stephanie and Bryson travel with him, it is his belief that if you follow God’s roadmap your family and children will be the recipients of the Proverbs 22:6 blessing.
As a Servant:
Elder Turane believes the only way to win the lost is to serve the lost, not in a manner that will cause the lost to remain in their current condition but in a manner that will cause them to see that God is real, that God is human, and that God is able to meet them right where they are. Through this level of servant hood we believe we have an opportunity to display a God level of humility that will cause the world to want to be followers of Christ.
As a Mentor:
Elder Turane has coached, guided, trained, tutored and mentored dozens of youth and young adults to a place of understanding the importance of developing a trusting relationship with God. Through this he has helped them identify the seriousness of seeking and ministering to those who would’ve been lost. What the effects of a balanced life looks like, the relevance of being set apart and how to live free in the calling of Jesus Christ.
